Yellow Window is consortium partner in three H2020 projects whose aim is to support the implementation of the European Commission’s policy for gender equality in research and innovation.
POLICY SUPPORT FOR STRUCTURAL CHANGE
The Gender Equality Academy project (2019-2021) develops and implements a high-quality capacity-building programme on gender equality in research, innovation and higher education. It offers a variety of online and offline formats (training sessions, webinars, workshops, summer schools, DOCCs) on a wide range of topics. Yellow Window assumes the role of scientific coordinator.
CASPER is a research project (RIA) (2020-2021) who studies the feasibility to set-up a Gender Equality certification or award scheme at EU-level. Yellow Window manages the co-creation process to develop scenarios with users and stakeholders.
UniSAFE is another research project on gender based violence and sexual harassment in academia (2021-2024). This project will fill knowledge gaps on this subject, but will also develop operational tools for higher education and research institutions to develop their own policies and measures to eradicate gender-based violence. Yellow Window is in charge of developing this toolkit.
