Yellow Window is consortium partner in three H2020 projects whose aim is to support the implementation of the European Commission’s policy for gender equality in research and innovation.
POLICY SUPPORT FOR STRUCTURAL CHANGE
UniSAFE was another research project on gender-based violence and sexual harassment in academia (2021-2024). This project aimed to fill knowledge gaps on this subject and also developed operational tools for higher education and research institutions to create their own policies and measures to address gender-based violence. Yellow Window was in charge of developing this toolkit.
CASPER was a research project (RIA) (2020-2021) that studied the feasibility of setting up a Gender Equality certification or award scheme at the EU level. Yellow Window managed the co-creation process and developed scenarios with users and stakeholders.
The Gender Equality Academy project (2019-2021) developed and implemented a high-quality capacity-building programme on gender equality in research, innovation and higher education. It offered a variety of online and offline formats (training sessions, webinars, workshops, summer schools, DOCCs) on a wide range of topics. Yellow Window assumed the role of scientific coordinator.
