Our journey in championing gender equality began in 2003 with the mission of conducting a feasibility study for the European Parliament on establishing an independent EU body dedicated to this cause. Our efforts were instrumental in the creation of the European Institute for Gender Equality (EIGE) in Vilnius, marking a significant milestone in our ongoing commitment to gender equality. 

Our expertise expands in equality, diversity and inclusion, and spans various dimensions, from policy formulation to the practical implementation of gender-sensitive practices. We have developed and deployed an array of toolkits and capacity-building programmes theoretical frameworks and (self-)assessment tools designed to embed gender equality into the fabric of organisations and policies.
